For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Organizer” refers to Regencell Bioscience whose Instagram handle is @regencell_bioscience, “Participant(s)” refers to the person(s) participating in this Giveaway, “Prize” refers to concert ticket(s), and “winner(s)” refers to the person(s) selected to win the Prize.
This Giveaway begins on August 11, 2023, 6am PST and will continue until further notice.
By participating in the Giveaway, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Participation is only via Instagram.
No purchase necessary. Participants will not be required to pay to participate.
Participant must be over 18 years old on the date of their participation.
Instagram is not in any way affiliated or involved in the Giveaway.
Each Participant shall participate via Instagram by:
1) Follow @regencell_bioscience
2) In the comments section, tag 2 friends and comment your preferred concert city
3) Share this post on your Instagram Story for a bonus entry
The Organizer will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of participation. The Organizer takes no responsibility for any issues, such as lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid participation.
The Organizer reserves the right to disallow participation in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons.
The Organizer reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and determine the eligibility of participation (including participant’s identity). If a Prize winner participates or attempts to participate the Giveaway in a manner which, in the Organizer’s opinion, is contrary to these terms or is fraudulent, misleading, or unjust to other Participants (such as hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), that Prize winner’s participation may be rejected at the Organizer’s sole and absolute discretion.
Participants waive all claims they may have otherwise had against the Organizer in relation to this Giveaway.
Participants understand and consent to the Organizer and its affiliates to using their name, username, social media handle or any images/videos on social media of the Organizer and its affiliates.
The Participant’s personal information will be used only for the purposes of the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
Winners will be announced a few days prior to the USA concert dates Aug 18th, 22nd and 26th, 2023.
Each winner can only win the Prize one time.
The Prize for each winner will be subject to availability. The Organizer will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
The winner will be contacted through Instagram direct message. The winner must respond within 1 day, and provide proof of residency of the preferred city of the concert, or risk the Prize being forfeited.
If a winner cannot accept or take part in the Prize for any reason, their Prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to the Organizer if requested and may be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
Winners understand and consent to the Organizer and its affiliates to using their name, username, social media handle or any images/videos on social media of the Organizer and its affiliates.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
The Organizer’s decision and Prize results are final and not subject to appeal.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
The winner will be contacted via our Instagram direct message only, and they must make contact with us within 2 days, or risk the prize being forfeited. You will not be asked for any bank/card details
